iCloud silent filtering still exists

Today I made another test to see if iCloud still has the silent filtering.

The answer is yes, that issue doesn't resolved by iCloud yet.

The following is screenshot for sent message.

I sent the test message from iOS Mail app by iCloud account, with the content from Sohu news.

Unfortunately two recepients don't receive the message after hours. One recepient is Yahoo Japan email, another is Posthub email.

That message got discarded silently. I feel so sorry on iCloud, since I have been using Apple devices for many years.
